  • The ZKeep UI is accessed via a browser extension and is certified on both MS Edge and Google Chrome browsers.

  • Yes, we recommend Enterprise level clients integrate with their IdP. (ex: MS Active Directory, etc.) ZYNC currently offers this integration via SAML 2.0.

  • At no point does ZYNC request, transmit, store or share any PHI with our clients. No PHI.

  • ZYNC’s application is cloud hosted in a secure, SOC2 audited data center with world class security and infrastructure with failover locations.

  • In most cases, passwords to payor portals will be concealed to the user. Please contact ZYNC for more information.

  • As part of ZYNC’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), we ensure 99.9% availability to our clients.

Operational FAQ

  • Roughly 2 weeks following contract signature; recommended use in a pilot period for 30 days with a scope of a subset of users and payor sites followed by a full planned rollout thereafter.

  • ZYNC allows Premium and Enterprise clients to cancel for any reason with 60 days’ notice. Clients on Basic subscription may cancel at any time with no notice.

    Your data is your data, ZYNC would provide all clients with transition assistance supplying all payor sitecredentials for smooth offboarding as needed.

  • Yes. For example, you could choose to build a group of payor websites designated for the business office users or patient access users. ZYNC support will perform this activity on your behalf.

  • Various on-demand reports are available by user or by portal (payor website). Usage reports, who is logging into each payor portal, how often and the duration of their visit down to the second.
