  • Yes, we recommend Enterprise level clients integrate SSO with their IdP. ZYNC makes it simple via SAML 2.0.

  • At no point does ZYNC request, transmit, store or share any PHI with our clients. No PHI.

  • ZYNC is hosted in a secure and HIPAA-compliant Microsoft Azure cloud environment, leveraging Azure’s advanced security features and best practices to ensure data protection and compliance. To maintain a strong security posture, ZYNC utilizes Azure’s suite of security services with data centers in separate U.S. locations and redundancy.

  • In most cases, passwords to payor portals will be concealed to the user. Please contact ZYNC for more information.

  • As part of ZYNC’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), we ensure 99.9% availability to our clients.

Operational FAQ

  • Roughly 4-6 weeks following contract signature; recommended use in a pilot period for 30 days with a scope of a subset of users and payor sites followed by a full planned rollout thereafter.

  • ZYNC allows Premium and Enterprise clients to cancel for any reason with 60 days’ notice. Clients on Basic subscription may cancel at any time with no notice.

    Your data is your data, ZYNC would provide all clients with transition assistance supplying all payor sitecredentials for smooth offboarding as needed.

  • Yes, ZYNC Teams allows you to group users by role and automatically assign the appropriate payor portals. For example, you can create Teams for Business Office, Patient Access, or Cash Posting, each with access to a defined set of payor websites—making access management simpler, more consistent, and easier to maintain.

  • Various on-demand reports are available by user or by portal (payor website). Usage reports, who is logging into each payor portal, how often and the duration of their visit down to the second.
